Leila Lallali is an artist from Luxembourg currently based in Berlin. Her colourful work oscillate between the figurative and the abstract, the undefined.
The artist playfully explores objects of her desire while also giving them a hint of sarcasm. Lallali’s paintings often start with their title. They come to her in strange situations, through freudian slips, or simply when she misunderstands something she hears. However likes for the viewer to fill in the blanks, to create a narrative around it that is their own.
Leila studied at University of the Arts London.
